Notice

Robert A. and Susan M. Blanchette have requested a special exception under section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a second dwelling unit in an existing home at Lot J-25, 40 Park Street.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Robert A. and Susan M. Blanchette for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will allow the Blanchettes to divide their existing dwelling at Lot J-25, 40 Park Street into two dwelling units.

The proposed use is subject to residential site plan review by the Wilton Planning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 8, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
