Notice

Monadnock Community Land Trust (owner) and Jean MacKay (applicant) have requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a the construction of a garage 14 feet from the lot line at Ms. MacKay's home at Lot A-39, Barrett Hill Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Jean MacKay (applicant) and Monadnock Community Land Trust (owner) for a variance from the terms of Section6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will allow Ms. MacKay to construct a garage adjacent to her home, no less than fourteen feet from the lot line on Lot A-39, Barrett Hill Road, as indicated on the plans submitted to the Zoning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 8, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
