Gould Leetch Trust (Riverview Mill) has requested a variance to section 8.2.4(d) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow parking in the front setback area of the Riverview Mill Building, adjacent to Souhegan Street, on Lot K-168, Souhegan Street (The Riverview Mill Building).
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, June 8, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
You are hereby notified that the application of Gould Leetch Trust (Riverview Mill) for a special exception under the terms of Section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit parking in the front setback of Lot K-168, Souhegan Street, between the Riverview Mill building and Souhegan Street.
The configuration and delineation of the proposed parking spaces is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Planning Board, with special consideration to be given to Fire Department access to the buildings on either side of Souhegan Street.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, July 8, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
