Notice

Charles L. and Claire Barnes have requested a special exception under section 8.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and/or a variance to section 8.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance o permit a storage shed with less than the required setback from the public right-of-way at Lot F-13, 51 West Intervale Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Charles L. and Claire Barnes for a special exception under the terms of Section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit a storage shed with less than the required setback from the public right-of-way at Lot F-13, 51 West Intervale Road.

The proposed use is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Wilton Plan- ning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, November 11, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
