Notice

Marcia L. Calderara has requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow her to build a garage less than 35 feet from a lot line at Lot D-57, 24 Holt Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, October 12, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Marcia L. Calderara for a variance to the terms of Section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit a garage less than 35 feet from a lot line at Lot D-57, 24 Holt Road, as indicated on the plan submitted with the application.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, November 11, 1994, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
