Notice

Jared Brown has requested a variance to section 8.2.4(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a storage shed with less than the required setback from a side lot line at Lot K-110, 10 Putnam Street.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, December 14, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the Jared Brown has been granted a special exception under the terms of Section 16.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance.

The special exception will permit construction of a storage shed along a side lot line at Lot K-110, 10 Putnam Street, as specified in the application, and is granted subject to the restriction that the shed not be used for the storage of automobiles.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, January 13, 1995, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
