Notice

Ronald K. Haas has requested a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the an upholstery shop as a home occupation at Lot M-19, 7 Mather Lane.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, January 11, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Ronald K. Haas for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit Mr. Haas to do upholstering as a home occupation in his garage at Lot M-19, 7 Mather Lane. It is granted subject to the conditions that there will be no sign for the business and that no chemical stripping will be performed on site.

The proposed use is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Wilton Planning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, February 10, 1995, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
