Notice

Ed and Joanne Wood have requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.1 and 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a preschool in their home at Lot J-94, 44 Forest Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, April 12, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

The request by Ed and Joanne Wood for special exceptions under sections 5.3.1 and 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will allow a preschool in their home at Lot J-94, 44 Forest Road.

You are hereby notified that the application of Joanne and Ed Wood for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 and 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit Mrs. Wood to operate a preschool in her home at Lot J-094, 44 Forest Road, as described in the Wood’s application.

The proposed use is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Wilton Plan- ning Board.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, May 12, 1995, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
