Notice

Shirley D. Tallman has requested a variance to section 14.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a house and barn less than 200 feet from a perennial stream and less than 150 feet from deeded flowage rights to the State of New Hampshire Flood Control System in the Watershed District, on Lot A-75, 558 Burton Highway.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Monday, June 19, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

The request by Shirley D. Tallman for a variance to section 14.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will permit the construction of a house and barn less than 200 feet from a perennial stream and less than 150 feet from deeded flowage rights to the State of New Hampshire Flood Control System in the Watershed District, on Lot A-75, 558 Burton Highway.

This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, June 19, 1997. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any abutter may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, July 19, 1995, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H. RSA 677:2)
