Wednesday, July 12, 1995 — Hearing
Grayson L. Parker has requested a variance to section 5.3.7(c) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow parking in the setback in conjunction with the multi-family use of his dwellings at Lot J-116, 42 Island Street.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, July 12, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Rather than considering Mr. Parker’s variance request, the Zoning Board observed that the request in response to an action of the Planning Board, and that, given the variances and special exception granted in case #5/10/95-1, no further variance was necessary. The Zoning Board decided that Chairperson Faiman should send a letter to the Planning Board (see the Documents section above).
