Notice

Thomas G. Belt has requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a garage less than 25 feet from a side lot line on Lot D-44, 275 Burns Hill Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 8, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

The request by Thomas G. Belt for a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit an addition to Mr. Belt’s garage which will be within 25 feet of the nearest lot line.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 7, 1996, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
