William and Shirley Haas have applied for either a variance or an equitable waiver (RSA 674:33-a) to section 14.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of a home at Lot A-75, 558 Burton Highway (Tallman Stables), with less than the required setback from perennial streams and deed flowage rights to the State of New Hampshire in the Watershed District, the foundation of which has already been poured in the incorrect location.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, January 8, 1997 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

You are hereby notified that the application of William and Shirley Haas for an equitable waiver (RSA 674:33-a) section 14.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The equitable waiver will permit construction of a home at Lot A-75, 558 Burton Highway (Tallman Stables) with less than the required setback from perennial streams and deeded flowage rights to the State of New Hampshire in the Watershed District, the foundation of which has already been poured in the incorrect location.
