You are hereby notified that the application of Russel D. Weinzimmer for variances to sections 3.1.9, 6.2.3, and 6.3.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the consolidation of Lots H-42-5 through H-42-11 and H-42-13 through H-42-20, Highfields Road, and their subsequent resubdivision into four large lots. Three of the lots will satisfy the requirements of a reduced frontage subdivision, with 200 feet, 50 feet, and 50 feet of frontage on Highfields Road, and sharing a common drive. The fourth lot will have less than the required 200 feet of frontage on Mason Road, and will share the common driveway to Highfields Road with the other three lots rather than accessing Mason Road. The complete subdivision plan is shown on the plan filed with the variance application.
