Case 10/14/98–1
You are hereby notified that, with regard to the application of David and Jane Glines and Linda Devine for a variance to section 7.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, the Zoning Board has determined that such a variance is unnecessary. The Zoning Board found that the proposed lot line adjustment between Lots F-161 and F-163, Greenville Road, as shown on the plan submitted with the zoning application, is permissible without any variance, notwithstanding that neither of the lots satisfies the frontage requirements of its district.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Tuesday, November 3, 1998, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
