You are hereby notified that the application of John J. Giso, Jr. for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the construction of a detached garage between the house and Gregg Street on Lot J-069, 11 Forest Road, as indicated on the plan submitted with the application (except that the distance of 17 feet from the garage corner to the lot line should be changed to a distance of 26 feet from the garage corner to the pavement).
