You are hereby notified that the application of Paul M. Sweeney and Lisa M. Sweeney for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will allow the construction of an attached 28x24 foot two-car garage at the west side of the house on Lot D-123, 200 Burns Hill Road, 28 feet from a side lot line, as shown on the plan submitted with the application.
This special exception shall expire on July 17, 2003, if construction of the garage has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
