You are hereby notified that the application of Margaret Elizabeth Robbins for a variance to section 8.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit a single-family residential use on Lot B-101, 353 Forest Road, in conjunction with the permitted use of the lot for commercial storage units. All uses on the lot are subject to the Industrial District lot requirements of section 8.2 of the Ordinance. The proposed use of the lot for storage units requires nonresidential site plan review by the Wilton Planning Board.
This variance shall expire on October 9, 2003 if residential construction on the lot has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
