Thomas M. Quinn and James W. Quinn, Jr. have applied for a variance to Section 12.3(c)(2) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the subdivision of Lots C–99–1 and C–99–2, Wilton Center Road, into three lots, one of which would have less area than is required by the Zoning Ordinance for a residential lot in the Aquifer Protection District. (Case #11/9/04–3)
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, November 9, 2004 at 7:30 pm. As an abutter, you are invited to attend the hearing and to present any evidence that you believe may be relevant to the application. The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

You are hereby informed that the hearing on the application of Thomas M. Quinn and James W. Quinn, Jr. for a variance to Section 12.3(c)(2) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Tuesday, December 14 meeting of the Wilton Zoning Board.
If granted, the variance would permit the subdivision of Lots C–99–1 and C–99–2, Wilton Center Road, into three lots, one of which would have less area than is required by the Zoning Ordinance for a residential lot in the Aquifer Protection District.

You are hereby informed that the hearing on the application of Thomas M. Quinn and James W. Quinn, Jr. for a variance to Section 12.3(c)(2) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to the Tuesday, January 11, 2005 meeting of the Zoning Board. If granted, the variance would permit the subdivision of Lots C–99–1 and C–99–2, Wilton Center Road, into three lots, one of which would have less area than is required by the Zoning Ordinance for a residential lot in the Aquifer Protection District. The continuation will allow the applicants to provide current topographic and soils information about the property.

Tuesday, January 11, 2005 — Decision
You are hereby informed that the application by Thomas M. Quinn and James W. Quinn, Jr. for a variance to Section 12.3(c)(2) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit the subdivision of Lots C–99–1 and C–99–2, Wilton Center Road, into three lots, one of which would have less area than is required by the Zoning Ordinance for a residential lot in the Aquifer Protection District.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Wednesday, February 9, 2005, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H. RSA 677:2)
This decision shall expire on Thursday, January 11, 2007 if the subdivision has not taken place by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
