Tuesday, May 10, 2005 — Notice

Cynthia J. Salisbury has applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, or alternatively for a variance to the terms of Section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a garage addition on Lot K–106, 71 Maple Street, which would be closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at 7:30 p.m.

The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

Thursday, May 10, 2007 — Decision

You are hereby informed that Cynthia J. Salisbury’s application for a special exception under the terms of Section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the construction of a garage addition on Lot K–106, 71 Maple Street, which would be closer to a lot line than is otherwise permitted. The location of the permitted addition is shown on the plan which was submitted with the application.

This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, May 10, 2007. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 8, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
