Martha J. Greene has applied for a variance to section 6.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit two reduced frontage lots where there is not the required amount of frontage, on Lot B–56, 194 Curtis Farm Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, July 11, 2006 at 7:30 p.m.

The hearing on the application by Martha J. Greene for a variance to section 6.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to Tuesday, July 18. If granted, the variance would permit two reduced frontage lots where there is not the required amount of frontage, on Lot B–56, 194 Curtis Farm Road.
Tuesday, July 18, 2006 — Decision
The application by Martha J. Greene for a variance to section 6.3.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will permit two reduced frontage lots where there is not the required amount of frontage, on Lot B–56, 194 Curtis Farm Road, as shown, approximately, but not necessarily exactly, on the sketch plan submitted with the application. All three resulting lots are to be accessed by a shared common driveway, which will correspond to the existing driveway on the property.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, July 18, 2008. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, August 17, 2006, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
