Tuesday, September 11, 2007 — Notice
Victor Lushear has applied for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, or alternatively for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Ordinance, to permit the constructing of an addition to an existing house on Lot D-106-3, 15 Seagroves Street, which would be closer to a lot line than is allowed by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.

The application by Victor Lushear for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, or alternatively for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Ordinance, has been continued to the Tuesday, September 25 meeting of the Zoning Board. If granted, the variance or special exception would permit the constructing of an addition to an existing house on Lot D-106-3, 15 Seagroves Street, which would be closer to a lot line than is allowed by the Ordinance.
Tuesday, September 25, 2007 — Decision
The application by Victor Lushear for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the construction of a 16x16' addition on the north side of the existing house on Lot D-106-3, 15 Seagroves Street, which will be closer to a lot line than is allowed by the Ordinance.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, September 25, 2009. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, October 25, 2007, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
