The T. Arthur Babineau 1997 Trust (Marie L. Sirois and Patricia Babineau, Trustees) has applied for a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of an access drive off of Holt Road that would cross a wetland area in order to access lots D–20, D–21, D–22, D–70, D–71, and B–83.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, June 8, 2010 — Continuation
The hearing on the application by the T. Arthur Babineau 1997 Trust (Marie L. Sirois and Patricia Babineau, Trustees) for a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to Tuesday, August 10. If granted, the special exception would permit the construction of an access drive off of Holt Road that would cross a wetland area in order to access lots D–20, D–21, D–22, D–70, D–71, and B–83.
The Board has requested that the applicants bring calculations supporting the proposal for the use of a 60" culvert.
There will also be a site visit to the property, beginning at the north end of Holt Road, at 9:00 am on Saturday, July 31.
Saturday, July 31, 2010 — Site Visit
The Zoning Board will meet the north end of Holt Road at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2010 to hold a site visit for this application.
The site visit is a continuation of the public hearing on the case, and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson, ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application, such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be taken, and no other discussion should occur.
Tuesday, August 10, 2010 — Decision
The application by the T. Arthur Babineau 1997 Trust (Marie L. Sirois and Patricia Babineau, Trustees) for a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the construction of an access drive off of Holt Road that would cross a wetland area in order to access lots D–20, D–21, D–22, D–70, D–71, and B–83.
The approval is only for access for otherwise permitted uses. Any use of the drive for development of lots that do not have Class V road frontage would require Planning Board approval per RSA 674:41, and this special exception is not to be interpreted as an endorsement thereof.
The Zoning Board requests that the applicant provide copies of the associated state wetland approvals be filed with this decision in the case file.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, August 10, 2012. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, September 9, 2010, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
