Dale Coye and Beverly Boyer have applied for a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the operation of an in-home child care business in the residence on Lot H–114–1, 629 Abbot Hill Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, December 14, 2010 — Decision
The application by Dale Coye and Beverly Boyer for a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit the operation of an in-home child care business in the residence on Lot H–114–1, 629 Abbot Hill Road, for up to 12 children, with hour of operation limited to 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, December 14, 2012. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, January 13, 2011, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
