Denis R. Viens has applied for a special exception under the terms of section 11.4(a) of the WIlton Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a driveway which will cross a wetland area in order to access a new single-family residence, in connection with the proposed subdivision of Lot E–37, 172 Russell Hill Road, into two lots.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 7:30 p.m.

The hearing on the application by Denis R. Viens has for a special exception under the terms of section 11.4(a) of the WIlton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to Tuesday, October 9. If granted, the special exception would permit the construction of a driveway which will cross a wetland area in order to access a new single-family residence, in connection with the proposed subdivision of Lot E–37, 172 Russell Hill Road, into two lots.
The ZBA will visit the site on Sunday, October 7, at 9:00 a.m.
Sunday, October 7, 2012 — Site Visit
The Zoning Board will meet 172 Russell Hill Road at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 7, 2012 to hold a site visit for this application.
The site visit is a continuation of the public hearing on the case, and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson, ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application, such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be taken, and no other discussion should occur.
Tuesday, October 9, 2012 — Decision
The application by Denis R. Viens for a special exception under the terms of section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved. The special exception will permit the construction of a driveway which will cross a wetland area in order to access a new single-family residence, in connection with the proposed subdivision of Lot E–37, 172 Russell Hill Road, into two lots, as described in the application, and shown on the plan labeled “Minimum Impact Wetland Permit Plan / Prepared for Denis R. Viens / Tax Map Parcel E–37 / (172 Russell Hill Road) / Wilton, NH / August 9, 2012”.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, October 9, 2014. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 8, 2012, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
