Thursday, October 16, 2014 — Notice
Jonathan and Felicia Jones have applied for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, or alternatively for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Ordinance, to permit the construction of a garage on the property which would be closer to the street than would otherwise be permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 7:30 p.m.

Thursday, October 16, 2014 — Decision
The application by Jonathan and Felicia Jones for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will permit the construction of a garage on Lot L–39, 6 Chabot Way, which will be closer to the street than would otherwise be permitted by the Ordinance. The garage is to be constructed in the location marked on “Figure 1” submitted to the Zoning Board, no closer than 15 feet to Chabot Way,
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Sunday, October 16, 2016. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Saturday, November 15, 2014, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
