Karen L. Artemik has applied for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the construction of a shed on Lot F–42–3, 106 Intervale Road, which will be closer to a lot line than is permitted by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.

The application by Karen L. Artemik for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been continued to Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at 7:45 pm. If granted, the variance will allow the construction of a shed on Lot F–42–3, 106 Intervale Road, which will be closer to a lot line than is permitted by the Ordinance.
Tuesday, July 28, 2015 — Site Visit
The Zoning Board will meet on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at 106 Intervale Road to hold a site visit. The site visit is a continuation of the public hearing on the case, and is open to the public. Its purpose is to assist the Board members and other interested parties to become familiar with the property involved in the application. Board members and other interested parties may, through the Board chairperson, ask questions about, and the applicant may point out, site details pertaining to the application, such as boundaries, contours, proposed buffers, driveways, etc. No other testimony will be taken, and no other discussion should occur.
The site viit will be followed by a continuation of the public hearing on the case in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom at 7:45 p.m.
Tuesday, July 28, 2015 — Decision
The application by Karen L. Artemik for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will allow the construction of a shed on Lot F–42–3, 106 Intervale Road, approximately two feet from a side lot line, as shown on a sketch plan submitted as part of the application.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, July 28, 2017. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, August 27, 2015, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
