Rodney A. and Penelope J. Sanders have applied for a variance to sections 4.2.1 and 6.2.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow construction of a replacement septic system on Lot Fâ10, 575 Gibbons Highway, whose leach field would be closer to a lot line and a wetland than allowed by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.

The application by Rodney A. and Penelope J. Sanders for a variance to sections 4.2.1 and 6.2.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variances will allow construction of a replacement septic system on Lot F–10, 575 Gibbons Highway, whose leach field will be closer to a lot line and a wetland than allowed by the Ordinance. The system is yo be as described in the application to the Zoning Board and as shown on a plan labeled “Proposed Sewage Disposal System / Plan and Details / Lot F–10 / Rodnew A. Sanders / Penelope J. Sanders / Wilton, New Hampshire / July 15, 2016”.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, August 9, 2018. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, September 8, 2016, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H. RSA 677:2)
