Tuesday, January 9, 2018 — Decision
The application by David Wirbal for a variance to sections 5.3.1(e) and 5.3.1.1(e) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will allow the construction of a 10 foot by 12 foot utility shed for the purpose of brewing craft beer as a home occupation on Lot M–73, 41 Greene Street. The shed is to be constructed in the location shown on the sketch plan included in case file, which was marked with stakes during the January 7 site visit. The door will be in the 12 foot side of the shed, which will face the house. The only external lighting will be a motion-activated downcast light over the door. There are to be no sales at or customer visits to the property, and the proposed use is to comply with all requirements of sections 5.3.1 and 5.3.1.1 except for 5.3.1(e) and 5.3.1.1(e).
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Thursday, January 9, 2020. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
