Karen and Michael Demers have applied for a special exception under section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the construction of a driveway which would cross a wetland area as part of a proposed subdivision of Lot C–85, 38 Wilton Center Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.
