Notice
Kathryn Rockwood has applied for a special exception under section 5.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a Bed and Breakfast in the house at Lot J–29, 34 Park Street.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.
The application, and any other documents that have been received by the ZBA in connection with this case, are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Wilton Town Hall.
Decision
The application by Kathryn Rockwood for a special exception under section 5.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will allow a Bed and Breakfast in the house at Lot J–29, 34 Park Street, as described in the application, and subject to the restriction that no single guest stay shall be for more than 60 consecutive days.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, September 10, 2021. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, October 10, 2019, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
