Notice
Stephanie Lingley-Kirsch has requested a special exception under section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the conversion of a single-family home into a duplex on Lot L-4, 68 Burns Hill Road.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium, 18 Tremont Street.
Decision
The request by Stephanie Lingley-Kirsch for a special exception under section 5.3.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will allow the conversion of a single-family home into a duplex on Lot L-4, 68 Burns Hill Road.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, April 12, 2024. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, May 12, 2022, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
