Notice
Celeste and Peter Oberg have requested a special exception under section 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit expansion of their daycare facility, Tumbleweeds Child Care, Inc., at Lot K-27, Prince Street and Tremont Street, to use the basement level of the existing building and allow the care of up to 60 children.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 1992 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Peter and Celeste Oberg for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.6 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance been granted.
The special exception will permit expansion of the Obergs’ daycare facility, Tumbleweeds Child Care, Inc., at Lot K-27 at the comer of Prince and Tremont Streets, to use the basement level of the existing building and allow the care of up to 60 children, as set forth in the Obergs’ application.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 12, 1992, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
