Notice

Elisabeth and Thomas Barnett have requested a special exception under section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a counselling office as a home occupation at Lot C-72, Isaac Frye Highway (Wilton Center).

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, March 10, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

You are hereby notified that the application of Thomas and Elizabeth Barnett for a special exception under the terms of Section 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit a counselling office as a home occupation at Lot C-73, Issac Frye Highway (Wilton Center).

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, April 9, 1993, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
