Notice
Carol Handy has requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the operation of an in-home school, preschool, or daycare center in her home at Lot B-146, 1060 Isaac Frye Highway.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, May 10, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Carol A. Handy for a special exception under the terms of Sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit Ms. Handy to provide daycare for up to six full-day and three part-day children in her home at Lot B-146, 1060 Isaac Frye Highway.
The proposed use is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Wilton Plan- ning Board.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, June 9, 1995, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. (N.H.
