Notice
Kathleen Lizotte has requested special exceptions under sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit the operation of an in- home educational program for handicapped preschool children in her home at Lot H-20-1-2, 22 Peirce Lane.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, October 11, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the application of Kathleen Lizotte for a special exception under the terms of Sections 5.3.6 and 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the operation of an in-home educational program for handicapped preschool children in Mrs. Lizotte's home at Lot H-029-01-2, 22 Peirce Lane, as described in the application.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, November 10, 1995, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
