Notice
Craig and Susan Checani have applied for a special exception under the terms of Section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit construction of an addition to their antique shop on Lot F-17, West Intervale Road, which cannot satisfy the minimum lot and buffer requirements of the Industrial District because of its configuration..
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, December 13, 1995 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
The application by Craig and Susan Checani for a special exception under section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit a 1740 square feet addition to the antique business that is currently on the site, located at 102 West Intervale Rd. Lot F17.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, January 12, 1996, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. Notice
Craig and Susan Checani have requested a clarification of the special exception which was granted to them for reduced setbacks on Lot F-17, 102 West Intervale Road under under the terms of Section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance on December 13, 1995.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, January 10, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
You are hereby notified that the decision of December 13, 1995 for the application of Craig and Susan Checani for a special exception under the terms of Section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been clarified.
The special exception, which was granted, will permit the Checani's to construct a 1740 square foot addition as well as additional parking spaces to their antique business at Lot F-017, 102 West Intervale Road, as shown on the map that was attached to the application.
The proposed use is subject to non-residential site plan review by the Wilton Planning Board.
