Notice

Peter L. Engel has requested a special exception under section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to permit a home office for a consulting business as a home occupation in his home at Lot H-108-1, 673 Abbot Hill Road.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, February 14, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.

Decision

The request by Peter L. Engel for a special exception under section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit Mr. Engel to have a home office for a consulting business at Lot H-108-1, 673 Abbot Hill Road, as specified in his application.

The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, March 15, 1996, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
