Notice
Rosemary Duggan and William Ladd have requested variances to sections 6.3.1 and 14.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow them to subdivide Lot A-47, Stagecoach Road, into two lots, one of which would have less frontage than allowed by the ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Wednesday, August 14, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street.
Decision
The request by Rosemary Duggan and William Ladd for variances to sections 6.3.1 and 14.3.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the subdivision of Lot A-047, Stagecoach Road, into two lots, A-047-2 and A-047-3 in such a way as to allow Lot A-047-3 to have a reduced frontage of 201' instead of the required 300'.
The variance was granted subject to the stipulation that residential development shall be restricted to a single family dwelling on each lot.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Friday, September 13, 1996, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
