You are hereby notified that the application of Lester W. Hutchinson (owner) and Quinn Brothers Corporation (applicant) for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(b) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the placement of a culvert and fill in a wetland area on Lot B-5 (near Forest Road, on the Wilton/Lyndeborough Town Line), in order to provide access to the lot.
This variance shall expire on April 12, 2002, if the use permitted by it has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
