The Pierre E. Provost IV 1993 Trust & Lura S. Provost 1993 Trust have applied for a two year extension of a special exception granted on December 17, 2007 in Case #11/13/07–3. The special exception under section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance permits a wetland impact resulting from the construction of a roadway as part of a proposed subdivision of Lot B–14, Cram Hill Road (Lyndeborough) and Lyndeborough Tax Map 238, Lot 19 into 14 residential lots.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Tuesday, October 13, 2009 — Decision
The application by the Pierre E. Provost IV 1993 Trust & Lura S. Provost 1993 Trust for an extension of a special exception has been granted. The original special exception was approved under section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance on December 17, 2007 in Case #11/13/07–3, and permits a wetland impact resulting from the construction of a roadway as part of a proposed subdivision of Lot B–14, Cram Hill Road (Lyndeborough) and Lyndeborough Tax Map 238, Lot 19 into 14 residential lots. This approval extends the special exception until December 17, 2011.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 12, 2009, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
