The Pierre E. Provost IV 1993 Trust & Lura S. Provost 1993 Trust have applied for a two year extension of a special exception granted on December 17, 2007 in ZBA Case #11/13/07–3. The special exception under section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance permits a wetland impact resulting from the construction of a roadway as part of a proposed subdivision of Lot B–14, Cram Hill Road (Lyndeborough) and Lyndeborough Tax Map 238, Lot 19 into 14 residential lots.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday, April 9, 2013 — Decision
The request by the Pierre E. Provost IV 1993 Trust & Lura S. Provost 1993 Trust for a two year extension of a special exception has been granted. The original special exception was granted on December 17, 2007 in Case #11/13/07–3, and was subsequently extended on October 13, 2009 and on June 14, 2011. With the approval of this new extension, it will expire on December 17, 2015. The special exception under section 11.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance permits a wetland impact resulting from the construction of a roadway as part of a proposed subdivision of Lot B–14, Cram Hill Road (Lyndeborough) and Lyndeborough Tax Map 238, Lot 19 into 14 residential lots.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, May 9, 2013, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
