Roni A. Conlon has applied for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, or alternatively for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Ordinance, to allow the placement of an above-ground swimming pool on Lot L–3, 60 Burns Hill Road, which is closer to a lot line than is otherwise allowed by the Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 7:30 p.m.

The hearing on the application by Roni A. Conlon for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, or alternatively for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Ordinance, has been continued th the Tuesday, October 13 meeting. If granted, the requested relief will allow the placement of an above-ground swimming pool on Lot L–3, 60 Burns Hill Road, which is closer to a lot line than is otherwise allowed by the Ordinance.
Tuesday, October 13, 2015 — Decision
The application by Roni A. Conlon for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will allow the continued existence of an above-ground swimming pool on Lot L–3, 60 Burns Hill Road, which was constructed closer to a lot line than is otherwise allowed by the Ordinance.
The variance is subject to the conditions that it applies only to the particular swimming pool that is already in existence; that a copy of this decision must be filed in the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds at the applicant’s expense; and that the decision becomes effective when it has been so filed.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, October 13, 2017. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 12, 2015, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
