Notice
The Town of Wilton (owner) and Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity (applicant) have applied for a variance to Section 6.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinace to allow the construction of a house on Lot J–85, 19 Pleasant Street, which would not satisfy the lot area, lot configuration, frontage, and setback requirements of the ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at 7:30 p.m.
The application for this case, and any other documents submitted with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Town Offices.
Decision
The application by the Town of Wilton (owner) and Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity (applicant) for a variance to Section 6.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The variance will allow the construction of a house on Lot J–85, 19 Pleasant Street, which will not satisfy the lot area, lot configuration, frontage, and setback requirements of the ordinance.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, January 8, 2021. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, February 7, 2019, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
