Tuesday, June 9, 2020 — Notice

Buchanan Construction Company, Inc. has applied for a variance to Section 5.2.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance, to allow the subdivision of Lot K-105-3-1, Pine Valley Street, into two lots, one of which would have less frontage than required by the Ordinance.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Tuesday, Jume 9, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.

Due to the COVID-19/Coronavirus crisis and in accordance with Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order #12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04, this Board is authorized to meet electronically. In accordance with the Emergency Order, we are utilizing the Zoom platform for this electronic meeting. Please note that there is no physical location to observe and listen contemporaneously to the meeting.

Before the hearing, the Board will determine, as required by RSA 36:55–58, whether the case might have a regional impact. The determination will be made on the basis of the application; no testimony or other input will be taken. If the Board determines that the case could potentially have a regional impact, then the hearing will be postponed until a subsequent ZBA meeting to allow notification of the potentially affected towns.

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 7:30 p.m.

The application, and any other documents that have been received by the ZBA in connection with this case, are available for inspection in the Land Use Office in the Wilton Town Hall.
