The request by Linda and Michael Pellerin for a special exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will allow the completion of an addition which is 2½ feet closer to a lot line than is permitted by the Zoning Ordinance Lot D-36, 84 Holt Road.
The applicants’ request for equitable waivers of sections 6.2.4 and 17.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been denied because it is moot, since the construction is allowed by the special exception.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, October 12, 2023, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
