Robin Maloney has appealed the decision of the Wilton Building Inspector to issue a Building Permit to allow the replacement of a bridge on Lot A-47-2, 54 Stagecoach Road, asserting that the proposed bridge replacement violates sections 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4(i), 12.5, and/or 12.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium (please enter by the side door). Masks are required at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
Decision
The appeal by Robin Maloney of a Building Permit issued by the Wilton Building Inspector has been denied. The Building Permit will allow the replacement of a bridge on Lot A-47-2, 54 Stage Coach Road. Tne appeal asserted that the proposed bridge replacement would violate sections 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4(i), 12.5, and/or 12.7 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Board found that the appellant did not show that the proposed bridge replacement would violate any of the cited provisions of the Ordinance.
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, October 14, 2021, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested. The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium (please enter by the side door) to decide whether to grant a request by Robin Maloney for a rehearing of its September 14, 2021 denial of her appeal of the decision of the Wilton Building Inspector to issue a Building Permit to allow the replacement of a bridge on Lot A-47-2, 54 Stagecoach Road.
The decision on whether to grant a rehearing is made on the basis of the written request and the case record. No additional testimony, evidence, or other input will be taken.
Decision
The request by Robin Maloney for a rehearing of the September 14, 2021 decision in Wilton ZBA Case #9/14/21-1 has been denied. The September 14 decision denied Ms. Maloney’s appeal of a decision of the Wilton Building Inspector to issue a Building Permit to allow the replacement of a bridge on Lot A-47-2, 54 Stagecoach Road.
This decision may be appealed to the superior court no later than Friday, November 26, 2021. (N.H. RSA 677:4).
