The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will consider this application in a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium, 18 Tremont Street.

Stadium Graphics, LLC has requested a special exception under section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow structural expansion on and the commercial/industrial use of Lot F-17, 40 West Intervale Road, which cannot satisfy the Industrial District lot size, buffer and setback requirements.
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will continue its public hearing on this application on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in the Florence Rideout Elementary School Gymnasium, 18 Tremont Street.
Decision
The request by Stadium Graphics, LLC for a special exception under section 8.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. It will allow structural expansion on and the commercial/industrial use of Lot F-17, 40 West Intervale Road, which cannot satisfy the Industrial District lot size, buffer and setback requirements.
The decision is subject to the following conditions:
- The decision will allow the use of the existing house as office space, the use of the existing gravel parking area on West Intervale Road for up to five vehicles, and the construction of a 30'x60' shop on the existing prepared foundation adjacent to the house.
- The shop building will be a rough-sawn siding wood frame structure, consistent and harmonious with the house.
- The applicant will go to Milford Waste Water for an Industrial Permit if required.
- The applicant will consult with the Planning Board to determine whether Site Plan Review is required.
This decision shall expire if the construction or use permitted by it has not begun by Friday, October 18, 2024. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
The selectmen, any party to the action or proceedings, or any person directly affected thereby may apply for a rehearing of this decision. A request for a rehearing must be filed in writing with the Zoning Board of Adjustment on or before Thursday, November 17, 2022, and must fully specify all grounds on which the rehearing is requested.
